Each piece from the Fusion collection is composed of several strips of laminate American walnut wood which diverge, meet and ultimately merge together. The molding is done once; all the slats are molded at the same time so that the entire movement of the curves is fluid and consistent.

The new Ellipse Console is a dual material console with a twisting base, a kinetic spiral of American walnut slats topped with a solid oak top sculpted like a pebble. The idea was to create a contrast between the materials, a fusion of two wood species, two techniques – glued laminated wood and wood sculpture – and two aesthetics. Almost contrary to the traditional concepts of a console, the base seems lighter than the solid and compact top, a massive surface balanced on thin ribbons frozen in their bounce.
The Ellipse Console can be made to measure with a top and a base made of different or identical wood species and color.
The Ellipse Console was first unveiled during the collection’s launch by the maison parisienne gallery during Paris Design Week 2021.
